1. Order Processing and Packaging<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • Processing Time:<\/strong> All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days<\/strong> (excluding weekends and local public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Specialized Packaging:<\/strong> We specialize in shipping highly fragile items, such as our handcrafted ceramics. Every item is individually wrapped using premium, impact-resistant materials and securely boxed to withstand the rigors of international transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Shipping Rates and Estimates<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Calculated Shipping:<\/strong> Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Delivery Times:<\/strong> International shipping generally takes between 7 to 21 business days<\/strong>, depending on the destination and the selected courier service.       When ordering from Made in Sheki<\/strong>, your package will be shipped from the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Returns and Refunds Summary<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Because our platform features a diverse range of products, our return policy depends on the item category:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • “1 of 1” Ceramics & Fragile Art:<\/strong> All sales are final. Due to their unique nature and fragility, we do not accept standard returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Perishable Goods:<\/strong> For health and safety reasons, food items (honey, sweets, nuts) cannot be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Textiles & General Souvenirs:<\/strong> We accept returns within 14 days<\/strong> of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Damages in Transit:<\/strong> If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will process a refund or store credit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
